Welcome to the Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. web site. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (located at www.introgen.com/privacy.asp ) govern your use of www.introgen.com (the "Site"). By visiting or browsing the Site, you accept these Terms of Use and any modifications that may be made to the Terms of Use from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use you should not visit or browse the Site. These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. ("Introgen," "we," "us" and "our"). Please read them carefully.
Modifications to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and in any manner at our sole discretion. Notice of any modification of these Terms of Use will be posted in this section of the Site, and any such modifications will be effective upon the posting of such notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your binding acceptance of such modifications. Please check this section of the Site before using the Site to determine whether a change has been made to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any changes in the Terms of Use as they may occur, please discontinue your use of the Site. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification of the Terms of Use.
Use of Copyrighted Contents/Trademarks
The text, graphics and icons on the Site ("Contents") are copyrighted materials owned by or licensed to Introgen. The Contents contain trademarks, service marks, and trade names that are owned by Introgen and its affiliates, and may also contain brand and product names that are trademarks, service marks or trade names that are owned by their respective owners. Any product, process or technology described in the Contents may be subject to other intellectual property rights that are expressly reserved by Introgen, its affiliates, or third parties.
Except as otherwise noted on the Site, you are hereby authorized to view, download, cache, copy, and print the Contents solely for your personal and/or internal business use and not for resale or further distribution, subject to the following conditions:
- The Contents may be used for the purposes of obtaining information about Introgen and its products.
- Any copy of the Contents or portion thereof must include the above copyright notice.

Except as expressly provided above, no permission is granted to you to print, copy, store, display in public, distribute, alter, or modify the Contents. No permission is granted to use Introgen's icons, Site address, or other means to hyperlink other Internet sites with any page on the Site. You agree not to "frame" or "mirror" any of the Contents contained on or accessible from the Site on any other server or Internet-based device without the advance written authorization of Introgen and/or its licensors, as applicable.
RSS Feed
Introgen offers a RSS (Really Simple Syndication) service providing feeds of content from the Site to visitors who use RSS aggregators. RSS is a free service offered by Introgen for non-commercial use. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by Introgen, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by Introgen. Introgen reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. Introgen assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your web site.
The RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full content on the Site from which the RSS link was drawn. You may not display the RSS content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the Site. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the Site.
Introgen retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS content, and any and all Introgen logos, trademarks and Contents used in connection with Introgen's RSS service. You must provide attribution to the Site in connection with your use of the RSS feeds. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use the Site logo that we have incorporated into the RSS feed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ALTHOUGH INTROGEN ENDEAVORS TO PROVIDE CURRENT, ACCURATE, AND RELIABLE INFORMATION ON THE SITE, IT DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR ANY USE OF INFORMATION ON THE SITE.
