Nanoparticle formulation FUS1 is in Phase 1-2 clinical development for the indication of metastatic, non-small cell lung cancer. The FUS1 tumor suppressor is associated with the early onset of cancers. INGN 401 uses a nanoparticle vector system to deliver FUS-1. Introgen's studies have shown that nanoparticle FUS-1significantly inhibits the growth of tumors and greatly reduces the metastatic spread of lung cancer in animals.
