Nanoparticle formulation mda-7 is in preclinical studies. INGN 403 contains the mda-7 tumor suppressor, also known as interleukin 24 (IL-24). We are developing three nanoparticle formulations for systemic delivery. Early studies with these new nanoparticle drug candidates have demonstrated a good safety profile and promising anti-cancer activity in animal studies.
